PAYMENT POLICY
When booking a tour, we ask for 30% down payment and full payment for the Gorilla Permit (Permits can only be booked and secured by paying).
The full payment of the tour has to be done 4weeks before the tour.
At times our guests prefer to pay cash on arrival, this is possible. But payments for Gorilla Permits and Chimp walks has to be made on our accounts at the time of booking, these activities are only guaranteed by paying to Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA).
Cancellation policy;
These are the cancellation conditions of Gorilla Permits in Uganda (rules by wildlife authority).
91days before tracking – 70% refund.
90-46days before tracking -50% refund.
45-9days before tracking -25% refund.
8-0days before tracking -No refund.
Individual Tours and Group Tours
90-45 days before the tour -70% refund (30% will be charged) of the advance payment.
45-10 days before the tour -50%refund of the advance payment
10-1 day before the trip -no refund.
